‘Written in Sediment’ is a series of three silkscreen prints.
48 x 110 cm
Edition of 4 + 2 AP
The works consist of two layers of paint, the first layer is an ‘iris’ print and only includes the colors. The second layer is the black detailing.
Inherit to the ‘iris’ way of printing, the first layer varies per print. This way all works are unique.
The colors are hand mixed and manually printed by me, with the guidance of Thomas Ankum.
The works are framed with beech wood, containing demarcation lines created by fungi.
